About the event
I'm bringing my rug, drums, shakers and band to the one and only Barbès in Park Slope! I've been playing (for adults) at this NYC institution since it opened in 2002. Join me for a family matinee with good vibes for jamming!
2:00 PM - Bar opens, so feel free to arrive early and get settled 🍷

Greg Stare is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. His debut kids album, Rocking Chair Music with Greg Stare, features 'Choo Choo,' which earned him a 2025 American Songwriter award. In 2011, he created Rocking Chair Sing and Drum-Along, an interactive music class for kids that quickly became one of Greenpoint's most beloved singalongs.
